Who we are
The Islam Institute ("we", "us") is a members' hub for Islamic education. Reach us at support@theislaminstitute.com and we reply within one working day.
What you get
A personal, non-transferable licence to access the courses, lessons, PDFs, and tools that come with your current tier. Reasonable household use is fine. Don't re-upload, resell, or share your login.
Membership + billing
Memberships are subscriptions billed by Stripe. Prices are shown before you check out. Subscriptions renew automatically on the cadence you picked (monthly or yearly) until you cancel from your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not refund the current billing period, except as described in the refund policy. Failed payments give you a short grace period before access is paused.
Free tier and content
Signing in is free. Reading the Qur'an, hadith, du'a, and using the prayer tools is free. Courses, lessons, tafsir, and members-only resources are gated by tier. Free preview lessons are always open.
Content accuracy
We take care to publish accurate material and to cite our sources. Nothing on the platform substitutes for qualified in-person guidance on fiqh, marriage, medical, or legal matters. Consult your local scholars and professionals for those. The AI helper is grounded in our own content and is not a mufti.
Behaviour
Don't scrape, don't share your login, don't attempt to break the AI limits, and don't use the platform to attack, harass, or defame anyone. Accounts that break these rules can be suspended without refund.
Warranties + liability
The service is provided "as is". We don't warrant it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Where the law allows a cap, our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is capped at what you paid us in that period.
Changes
We'll email you before any material change to pricing or terms. Continuing to use the platform after the change takes effect means you accept the new terms. You can always cancel from your account.
Law + venue
English law governs this agreement. Any dispute we can't resolve in conversation is decided in the courts of England and Wales.
